Affiliate terms

1.How the program works

The Affiliate program is by invitation: we approve each Affiliate ourselves. Once approved, you get your own Affiliate code, such as SARAH. It starts working only after you accept these terms, on the Earn page in the app.

A customer who types your code when buying gets its discount off their first pack. A customer that nobody had referred before becomes your Referral. A customer can only ever be one person's Referral.

For each pack your Referral buys within the reward window, you earn Referral credits: your reward share of the animations in that pack, rounded to the nearest whole animation and never less than one. Top-ups don't count, only packs. Your offer sets the reward share and reward window that apply to you, and they change only under the rules in "Changes and ending" below. Your Referral's reward window starts with their first pack.

Each reward is a Pending reward for 30 days after the pack is paid, and for longer if we are looking into it. If the pack is refunded in that time, the reward is cancelled. Otherwise it is released into your credits.

We never tell you who your customers are.

2.What Referral credits are

• Referral credits are spent on what credits make in Linof, such as animations, but they never unlock a pack's songs, titles or openings.
• They have no cash value. They can't be exchanged for money, and they can't be transferred to another account.
• If we remove you for fraud or a breach of these terms, your Pending rewards (Referral credits not yet released to you) are forfeited.
• There is no cash program today. If we ever start one, it will be a new offer for new sales only: Referral credits you already have will never be turned into cash.

3.Saying it's an ad

Whenever you share your Affiliate code, say clearly that it is an ad, in a way people see before they act on it. Use #ad, "Paid link", or in Hebrew פרסומת. Follow the advertising rules of the place you post and of the country your audience is in.

4.What you may not do

• No spam: no unsolicited messages, mass direct messages, or comments posted to strangers just to place your code.
• No brand bidding: don't bid on "Linof" or anything that looks like it in search or social ads, and don't present yourself as Linof.
• No coupon sites: don't post your code on coupon, voucher, or deal sites.
• No self-referral: don't use your own code on your own account or on accounts you control. Checkout refuses your code on your own account.
• No targeting children: don't aim your promotion at children.
• Don't say anything about Linof that isn't true, and don't promise customers more than Linof gives them.

5.Changes and ending

We may raise your reward share or lengthen your reward window at any time, from that day. We lower your reward share or shorten your reward window only with at least 30 days' notice. Either way, a customer's reward window keeps the share and length that were in force on the day it opened.

The discount on your live Affiliate code is never lowered. If it has to come down, we give you 30 days' notice, then retire the code and give you a new one. A retired code is never given to anyone again.

If you break these terms, we may remove you from the program at once, without notice. Your Affiliate code then stops working, and your Pending rewards are forfeited.

You can leave the program at any time by writing to info@linof.ai. You keep everything you have earned.

6.The record of your acceptance

When you accept these terms, we record which version you accepted and when, with your Affiliate record. We keep that record even if you delete your account, as our record that you agreed. It is kept under your user id, without your email address.

Being a Linof Affiliate doesn't make you our employee, partner, or agent.
