> Linof turns family photos and videos into a short cinematic film with music. You pay for the length of the finished film, with credits. All prices in USD, before tax.

## How credits work

- A film costs **100 credits per second** of finished film. Nothing else changes the price: restoration, colorization, animation and music are all included.
- Every **photo** becomes one **5-second moment** = 500 credits.
- Every **video clip** you keep is also a moment, **5-8 seconds** long. You pay for the clip you keep, not the length of the source video.
- The longest film is **5 minutes** (60 photo moments).
- The create page shows the exact price before you commit.
- Examples: 5 photos → 25 seconds → 2,500 credits; 24 photos → 120 seconds → 12,000 credits; 60 photos → 300 seconds → 30,000 credits.

"Per moment" is the pack price divided by its moments. Story saves 30% and Album 40% against buying Reels.

Subscription credits are granted each billing cycle and pool with pack credits in one balance.

## Rules that apply to every purchase

- **Credits never expire.** Pack and subscription credits share one balance.
- **Refunds:** if you are not happy with a film, contact support and we will make it right or return the credits. If a film fails on our side, its credits are returned automatically.
- **Payment methods:** Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
- **Merchant of record:** Dodo Payments sells on Linof's behalf and handles sales tax / VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies.
- **Currency:** USD.
